Thing is we had a lot of control in those first 2 games. No sure Pep would want to afford a Liverpool side as many chances.

Games like this will shape our season , we cannot afford to drop points against top four rivals , if Pep goes gung ho the Dippers will pick us off on the break as they have for the last few seasons , the Dippers always raise their game against us , they have something to prove. Would play two holding midfielders to start , and bring on a couple of creative players to tear them apart when they tire in the 2nd half , this Dipper side cannot press for the whole ninety minutes , if we are patient we will and keep it tight at the back we will score 2 or 3 in the last 15 minutes . EDISON + WALKER , VINNY , STONES , OTTO , MENDY + DINHO , KDB , YAYA , MERLIN + KUN then bring on BERNARDO , SANE , JESUS.

I think we should sit back and let them come onto us then we can hit them on the break. Suspect though that pool will allow us to come onto them and hit us on the break as usual. Would love a win but cant see it happening myself.
