I think we must have sacked the defensive shape of the team along with Mancini because it was not there today.

Richards and Lescott have half a defensive brain between them. We can get away with it with Komps or Kolo telling one of them what to do, but putting them together..... Perhaps someone should see if any big bets were put on Norwich in Abu Dhabi.
