This. Dzeko has had a fairly good 45 save the header being a bit below par. He keeps getting fouled left and right...

And does anyone else see the Notts players falling over after the slightest of touches and getting the free kick? We haven't gotten two and they had to practically run us over with a lorry.

Because we're trying not to go down, so they can't notice their fouls as much.

their main strategy is to get a set piece in our half, so their main priority is going down and getting a call. its working too.

I noticed juventus using a very similar strategy against us in one of our games

I think its more to do with Marios rep of diving which he's done once or twice since he's arrived here (if memory serves me correct :S), So i'm guessing most ref's will look at it as Mario's a diver but to be fair that was a penalty as Mario fell because notts county player had his foot on Marios.

Yes, but on the other side of the coin, I think they just assume that Notts players arent diving because theyre good British lads, when I think theyve been flopping all over the field.

Yeah I agree with you on that, Notts are falling over at a blow of the wind and getting 99% of the calls.

I definitely agree that's their strategy (which also includes get the in-swingers as close to Hart as possible) but the only thing allowing it to work is the ref continually giving very soft fouls. I am not usually one that believes in one-sided refereeing but this seems too obvious to ignore.
