Really loving our form right now. I was frustrated early on counting how many players they had playing back. I know it's all most teams can do against us but it still doesn't mean I have to like it. It also speaks volumes that we scored 5 against them playing like that. Loving the GD from the last few matches. I also love the fact that we have so much depth that we can basically rotate players up front and keep everyone healthy and fresh.

Looks like our Kev in a deep lying role is replacing Ya Ya and spraying glorious passes to our wide men and also involved in nitty gritty short passes and helping out in defence as well as popping up anywhere unexpectedly on either flank to pop in a devastating cross. Ya Ya you were a king and legend for us and much appreciated. Kev is our shining star now.

Great result today BUT my one worry is still we give up too many chances for our opponents. Take today our performance in first half.
v chelsea, spurs, Liverpool or the scum we could and will be punished most of the time. Just like last season we dominant games v Chelsea etc and still lost. Till we beat Chelsea spurs and scum I'm not getting carried away with first 6 games of a season. Think people have very short memories, we made hard work of Brighton Bournemouth everton and even Liverpool up till mane sent off. Otomendi will still be our weak spot against faster attackers. So long season ahead let's not get cocky .

Well we're just barely better than those smug bastards apparently. Can't wait for the derby this season. No mention of our sublime play. How we battered them or Sergio being one goal closer to city immortality. Instead we get a lukaku front page photo and an article about united winning games in a manner that only champions can. What rubbish.

Well... this is the nature of Pep's style. The primary defensive mechanism is keeping the ball and immediately pressing when the ball turns over. If we don't win the ball back quickly we're going to be vulnerable to a well executed counter given the number of players we have pushing forward.

On the other hand, this style is designed to create many more opportunities for our side and so long as that holds, and so long as we capitalize on our chances we'll win the league.

We've conceded fewer chances than any other team so far this season. It's football and can happen.
