Looks like our Kev in a deep lying role is replacing Ya Ya and spraying glorious passes to our wide men and also involved in nitty gritty short passes and helping out in defence as well as popping up anywhere unexpectedly on either flank to pop in a devastating cross. Ya Ya you were a king and legend for us and much appreciated. Kev is our shining star now.

He has found a home there. Never want to see him play anywhere else.

Just have to manage him through the season, thought he looked leggy today.
He starts making a few loose passes in patches, I suspect its fatigue of sorts at times.
Mental and physical,

Yaya needs to step up or hopefully Ghundi can make a come back soon, just to share the burden and keep keV in top top form.

His body type is not a work horse, as apposed to a Vidal or to some extent Sanchez.
and he has been putting in some shifts.

First half the pressing wasn’t there as much as usual, and we just did not move the ball quickly enough. Passing was off. Pep obviously tore into them at half time. Second half good performancevan we were on it and some very good performances.Leroy will get all the plaudits and quite rightly so but how good was David, he was excellent and unplayable in the second half. I think Bernardo needs more game time as needs more time to get up to speed with the premier league but still a good performance. I think we will know more about this side after the Chelsea game but the football at the moment is simply magical. Also bought Delph put in a shift when he came on besides the goal and could be a very useful backup player.

much like last season the first game v chelsea in the season will be pivotal.
