I seriously doubt that FFP is relevant to this case in any way. It pre-dates the Der Spiegel/CAS stuff. PL's Rule J7(?) is about supplying false financial statements to support licensing. Quite simply it's been proven we didn't do that.I'm not sure.
The Etisalat sponsorship for 2013/14 fell outside of the UEFA action but falls within the introduction of PL's FFP.

The time-barring was always a red herring as UEFA had already accepted that the Etisalat sponsorship, despite initially coming from ADUG, had been paid back to them by Etisalat.
