City V PSG ticket Prices: 1894 Group statement in full

So is everyone bringing a tennis ball in there pocket? Club might be reading this and do searches at the gate ;)

Well done again to the 1894 group.

The statement is spot on and we should all give them our backing. We need to make a protest that causes maximum embarrassment to the suits which I think is the only way they will take any notice.

As others have said, the game would have to be stopped for anything to have a worthwhile effect, as I'm not sure the hierarchy pay attention to anything that goes on in the stands anyway (well, maybe the family stand and the hospitality areas).

Great statement but we need some sort of practical action, even if that's singing "60 quid - you're having a laugh" or "You can stick your £60 up your arse" for a few minutes during the West Brom game. The Dortmund tennis balls one would be brilliant as the match kicked off but of course throwing things onto the pitch is a criminal offence in this country so probably not a good idea.

I've suggested this action twice but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears

At the West Brom game, everyone to be in their seat as the players come out of the tunnel and then as they line up for the pre match hand shake, all supporters vacate their seats and move to the concourse for a couple of minutes until the game has kicked off
Two minutes into the game everyone can take their seat
Protest made,. The TV will pick up on it and everyone only misses a couple of minutes of the game

Too noncommittal for my liking, but it's a start.

I want to see proper planning for a protest now, not whining and hand wringing on Facebook/Bluemoon/Twitter.

This is where we're at now. Soriano and Glick have set down a marker, this should be a considerable warning prior to the season ticket renewals being sent out. The club showed their hand with these ticket prices against PSG, and the growing increases each year across the board. The vote against the £30 away cap, the complete silence as other clubs came out and announced reductions or freezes on their season ticket renewals.

If you can't see where this is going you're a fool. We sit back now and just hope for the best we're making our bed for the future, make no mistake.

I spoke to the regulars around me at the game yesterday and they were all behind a protest.

The appetitive is there, time we stood for each other instead of believing we had no right to rock the boat while tossers like Soriano shit on us from a great height.
This. All day long. I remember sitting on the forecourt outside Maine road in protest at Swales. Felt like the whole City family were there. Something similar needs to be done and I for one will be up for it. Just can't imagine too many others nowadays would be. Maybe we're too far gone. I pray to Fukkin god we aren't because we've been calling the rags for years for the exact same thing the new people at the helm are doing to us.
West Brom boycott in city square? Not sure if they would give a shit.
I am genuinely worried we have lost our "City".

Apathy Joe, I don't think there's the will for a fight, I think most people would just walk away now.
