Tennis balls is a good idea. Surely the club can't band 5000 or 10000 all in one go because they are all throwing tennis balls on the pitch, any potential ban related to the protest would just cause more protesting and uprising from the fans.
 
Whatever protest is planned it has to be either disruptive, or visual. If you bear in mind the piss poor efforts our fans have with the club`s organised visual displays the only way to maximise the impact would be something that holds up the play. Whilst tennis balls has been done, something more original which represents our protest is required. If the club got wind of anything then they would also be searching everyone looking for their balls?!?!
Turning your back on play would not have a visual effect. Not seating in your seat would only work if everyone did it. Leaving early, just a normal game....
Now where`s the fire alarm?
 
show the club what a lack of atmosphere is, complete silent protest against west brom, everyone literally sit down and shut up.

And imagine the unlikley scenario that we are hanging on to win the tie with 10 mins to go, not sure i would want to leave.
 
Just have a party on the concourse and dash a shitload of tennis balls on the pitch and get back to the partehhhhhh.
