Haha.

I know we're not his biggest fans mate, but I think you're being a tad harsh. He was average today, very frustrating as we know he's capable of so much more.

Tell you what was interesting yesterday, saw some highlights of last season. It was incredible how much slimmer both he and Yaya were.

I haven't noticed the weight thing.

It was same old Samir. No penetration, sideways passing, slowing things down, not contributing enough. Then he went in the hole and contributed absolutely nothing.

Churlish to moan, though, after all those top quality performances. Milner for one, who has to be ahead of him in the pecking order. And so many players who started the season poorly are getting back to their best: clichy, yaya, fernandinho, zab, mangala spring to mind.

A brave and exhilarating performance. I'm on a right high from that.

You've got a blind spot when it comes to Nasri. Top quality player imo. Check out our results since Silva got injured.

Sometimes I genuinely think I've watched a different game than others. Not saying he was outstanding but I thought Nasri did well today. Kept the ball well and tracked back. I actually think Yaya looks much better when playing with him and fernandinho who was my MOTM today.

He is spot on in my book he is a quality player on the ball he should do more, he should just look at lampard one touch move awareness of a quick pass.. Nasri on every set piece is poor can understand why Mancini got so frustrated with him!
The defensive side of his game is non existent.
He should be doing more by stopping opposition players in their own half from building up an attack, instead he just allows opponents to float past him without challenging.

DD got his fishing tackle out again , give it a rest.

Nasri was poor, there's just no spark with the bloke......there's far,far better players out there but unfortunately this lad is sat on a lengthy mind blowing contract that he isn't even close to justifying.r

Another with a blind spot for one of our players we get you don't rate him but the constant slagging is somewhat boring. Had a decent game today

I'll happily praise Nasri when its earnt and equally i'll say otherwise when he turns in the ineffective, lacklustre shite he displays on a far more frequent basis.Anyway that's enough about him..... there are plenty of positives to concentrate on.

I actually thought he was great today. Especially when it came to effort and tracking back. As usual he splits opinion though :).

Big result today. I think the Bayern result in the week could be the start of us kicking into the next gear as a team. I thought we played really well today, there won't be many teams go to Southampton and win by 3 goals this season.

Lampard's goal came just at the right time & Clichy's goal was a fantastic move. Yaya weighed in with another important goal to break the deadlock, there will still be some fuckwhits on here slating him though no doubt.

It's been a good week. Let's hope we carry it on against Sunderland, as I'm not sure I can take getting beat 1-0 off them again!

Samuel on the money as usual

Funny how today Nathaniel Clyne was largely anonymous. Nasri has to take some credit for that.
He got in the way a lot more today.
