City v Southampton Post Match Thread

I wonder if GC senses he might be out the door soon if he doesn't improve? That performance answers that Q!
Nice to see Yaya actually wanting to get aroun the pitch instead of sauntering around.
Fernadinho my MoM imo.
Lampard needs to stay, his experience and finishing is what we need when teams are tiring.
Hopefully this is our springboard to put pressure on the chavs.
Next up.... The Toffees at home, come on City.

Sunderland away Wednesday

Fantastic performance from the team today. Was quietly confident before game, hopefully the start of another brilliant run.

Good TEAM performance today to win a game where the ref was clearly bent.

Somebody needs to come out and explain how the hell the ref saw that incident as a dive by Aguero. Everybody makes mistakes, but that decision would have been disappointing from a schoolboy referee, never mind at Premier League level. Aguero deserves an apology from that muppet at the very least.

11 v 12, then 10 v 12 and solid throughout! You need to hire an arse kicker/motivator to get that kind of performance more often.

You've got the attractive football that Venger dreams of, but you can also hound good opposition out of the match in important fixtures. Unfortunately a complacent performance against lesser opposition is often not far behind, and even though I'm just a casual well-wisher it really pisses me off.
You should post more often, good post. You talk some sense.

Only downside is Kompany out for at least four weeks and this is the busiest month
Pellers said it was precautionary. Probably no more than two games - that said don't bring Kompany back too soon Pellers.
