Bottom line is we win. What I hope for: Sterling to score and start shutting a few people up.

I predict at least 2 of Delph, Fernandinho and Fernando in midfield with Silva pulling the strings behind Aguero, Sterling and either KDB or Nolito in a 433.

4-1 City

Aguero x2, KDB, Kolarov

No idea what the maniac will put out but as a wild guess it will be 343.

Hart
Sagna Fernando Kolarov
Zaba Fernandinho Delph Silva
Nolito Aguero Sterling

Looks so shit on paper.

Caballero - Zabs , Fernandinho , Ottamendi , Kolarov - Sterling , Delph , Yaya , Silva , Nolito - Aguero will be close to Pep's starting eleven , Sane , KDB , Sagna , probably not up to full match fitness , but will be on a strong bench , Hart will not start , he let another soft goal in and appears to be defying Pep's tactics. Much as i love big Joe , and everything he has done for the club , he has to tow the line , or he will be history , like a few others , Pep wants players 100% fit and working very hard for the team and playing strictly to his proven tactics , not too much to ask professional footballers with their incredible remuneration.

Sorry I just don't rate English players at all, most of them are not mentally strong enough and are very inconsistent, plus our record recently of English players is terrible like Rodwell and Sinclair.
WOW! I almost have no other words, but I'll try.
I'll play devil's advocate here and ask you to substitute the word "Black" for the word "English" and now tell me how your statement reads.
You do understand that I am in no way insinuating any form of racist connotations to your post, just that generalizations of this nature are pretty fucking stupid.

I don't like players who wear long sleeves, they all shit out of tackles. Total bollocks.

I'd start Stones over either CB you have there.

What's remuneration got to do with ability to do something different?

Do you really believe he will play Nando and Kolo as the CB pairing?

I'd go with:

............Hart

Zabaleta..Sagna..Stones..Clichy

..........Fernandinho

Navas......Toure....Silva....KDB

...........Aguero

That's assuming that Stones has signed, Denayer and Mangala are out of favour for some reason and Otamendi isn't fit. I very much doubt Guardiola will go for that team though and no doubt Kolarov will be in there somewhere as will Delph. I personally prefer midfielders that can pass and control the ball and defenders that can actually defend as well as being competent on the ball.
