He'd improve the team so it gets a thumbs up from me.

I know we have been aiming to sign the likes of Eto'o and Kaka, but i think some people still need to tone down their expectations a bit. Signing players like them should be a bonus, not an expectation.

THIS ^^^^^, WTF are people on? Adebayor suddenly is rubbish? Only last season did he kick 24 goals, and this season despite injuries still managed 10 league goals and 6 champions league goals. This bloke is immense, no he isnt in the same class as Eto'o, Villa and Torres. But hes in the next level down, in the same class as Berbaflop, Drogba, Anelka etc.

They dont want him now though after last season. And certainly not for what Arsenal want for him.

Wenger doesnt let decent players leave in their prime. Few go on to do anything after Arsenal. Henry struggled. Hleb has been shit. I could go on.

He doesnt give a virus away for free.

Not for me but we wil have to see. Better than what we have at the moment in terms of a target man no doubt about it. I guess its down to who is actually available and willing to come.

I could write down a list of half a dozen forwards I would love to see at city before him put it that way....

Anyway is this anything more than a bullshit rumour at the moment ?
