whats a good crowd 34,000 in main rd made more noise than 44,000 at coms ?

The terms "Good crowd" is usually used to mean numbers.

For this game, 44,000+ would be a good crowd in my opinion.

not if they all sit on hands and make no noise

Some people have blue tinted spectacles. Maine Road was often quiet too.

The reason that songs caught on better round the ground, though, is that the ground was smaller, more intimate and, importantly, had no tiers on 3 sides.

Also, the Kippax would often join in with a song. These days the people in that side of COMS seem to have got older, or duller, and they almost never sing.

got to agree i sit in 210 and not many sing all the time and in gg in the kippax a larger percentage sung

The blocks next to the away fans in that stand, up to say 109, are all quite vocal yet they are the blocks that people talk about moving away supporters to.

Wednesday night, sub zero temperatures, 30 quid a ticket (minimum) I wonder what the attendance will be inside COMS?!
Its about time the club wised up! I wouldn't have minded going to this one but i refuse to pay such prices, disgusting!
