City Victory Parade - 2022/23

It was a drunken chaotic glorious celebration for those there,Not some choreographed TV presentation.Only miseries are complaining about it.
I had a great afternoon and evening with my lad.

It did seem a bit shambolic around the stage area, and we were a bit disappointed they'd closed the gates when we got there, but we took a wrong turn, and had to go back round.

The storm clearly caused them a lot of problems (no chopper), trying to speed it up after the delay.

All in all it was City to a tee, chaos.

As it all finished a couple of friends walked right past us, not seen for a couple of years, so we ended up in The Bank, where there was a party going.

I've never seen that many blues in one place in my life, brilliant turnout in that weather. A long way to go for a party, but well worth it.

"How did you celebrate the treble, Granddad?"

"Oh, I remember it like it were yesterday. I logged onto BlueMoon, which was what we called a forum, and I fucking moaned non-stop about the first team doctors being on the stage with the players at the victory parade. I also called the club a disgrace because I didn't like the tone of the person presenting the victory parade. I wouldn't have changed it for the world".

Is it only me who 's sick of seeing that Brandon bloke with the ginger hair in every single celebration/video/post/song?

I get it how it's amazing he's so close to the team and I understand how it's to show that from the bottom to the top they are one team etc etc but surely fuck off out of the way sometimes?

Oddly he's called Brandon as is that kid who does the news for kids - both Brandon both ginger.

It's a plot.
No, he’s a dick!

Much of this is spot on too much uncertainty, not helped by the unpredictability of the storm.

The stage should be sacrosanct to the players, including the academy lads and women if they've won trophies and Pep.

The valuable back room guys have had the bus tour.

Additionally, Miss Pike and Danny need to become more 'grown up' and professional or step down.

Screeching at hollering at the crowd to 'make some noise' etc was so small time on the most momentous parade in our tumultuous history.

We are now topping the bill on the global stage not cheering leading 12 year old at a boy zone reunion.

Lessons to be learnt.
Exactly this.

It’s absolutely rammed on 4.37m, where is this spot.
Excellent that’s part of the problem where the parade goes in, passed M&S Boot’s corner we have taken a couple of videos but I’ve no idea how to load the cloud.
It’s a once in a lifetime experience and every man, kid’s and his grandad want to be there the Police should realise that the people of Manchester would want to turn out on such occasions.

It’s a shame KB you can’t post them videos, maybe you’re son or daughter could show you. Anyway a great day all round.

We're you the guy with the yellow top on ur head.
Took on pic of the bus as phone was on 1%.
Just as haarland lifted the big cup up.
Looked at the pic this morning.
No all I can see is a bloke with a yellow top on his head.
I thought the whole thing was amazing.
Moved from the end of booth St to the roof of car park just outside the gates to the stage area.
Absolutely loved it.
