Such a shame about the sending off as up until then I thought we more than matched them. If we score an early goal at Camp Nou then I think we could sneak it, but we will need to play the game of our lives.

I wish folk would just leave the 'outside box' shouts for the pen.
Fact of the matter is, Messi was pelting through and the ref is behind, it is hard to decipher with replays nevermind real time. Remember the decisions we've had go for us a few times this season? yeah, well footy has a funny way of balancing itself out over the course of 9 months, accept it - he scored the pen now move on and stop sounding like whingeing kids

Vinny has been spot on so far in his post match.
Well I am proud of the team tonight. Played the 2nd best team in the world who were at full strength whilst we had 1/2 fit players coming back from injury and main striker out.
1st goal was the killer but I am not blaming Demichlis, he did what most CBs would have done. I blame 1) Linesman for not flagging a foul on navas, as it seemed the slightest touch on a Barcelona player brought free kicks tonight (Kompany just said so many soft fouls given) and 2) Foul was outside the box but Ref gave a penalty.
Thought we were still in the tie if we kept it to 1 but Hart did make the 2nd goal easy for them by rushing off his line. Poor defending all round for the 2nd.
BUT
For 55 minutes we more than matched a great team and I thought the spirit after going to 10 men was fantastic.
Proud to be a city fan tonight. How far we have come.
