-----------------Hart----------------
Sagna--Otamendi--Mangala--Clichy
----------------Yaya------------------
----Fernandinho---Delph------------
De Bruyne----Silva----------Sterling
I think you may be right, but I also think playing like that against a 5 man midfield will be suicide. I'd pack our midfield too.I'm expecting this from Pellegrini:
....................Hart....................
Sagna...Otamendi...Mangala...Clichy
.............Yaya......Delph.............
De Bruyne.......Silva..........Sterling
....................Pony...................
We know he will play Bony. We know Clichy will start because Kolarov started the last match. We know Yaya will start because we're not allowed to drop him for important games if he's fit, apparently. I think Fernandinho has dropped his level recently, he's not as energetic as normal, so I'm thinking maybe Pellegrini will use a refreshed Delph instead of him, considering Delph was a sub in the last match. Will be another wide open midfield and potentially very end to end!
Subs: Caballero, Kolarov, Humphreys, Fernandinho, Navas, Garcia, Celina
When Mönchengladbach won over Bayern München this weekend they played with 3 defenders and 5 midfielders. We will need to win the midfield to win this game.
We don't do tactics very often. Just trying to get into the mind of Pellegrini!I think you may be right, but I also think playing like that against a 5 man midfield will be suicide. I'd pack our midfield too.
Midfield has to packed otherwise we will struggle. Delph Dinho and Yaya with 2 hard working wide men.I think you may be right, but I also think playing like that against a 5 man midfield will be suicide. I'd pack our midfield too.
I just bought extra tickets for tomorrow night and think City have done well with the pricing structure for this game. I was therefore surprised to see so many tickets still available even in places like 115. I think that it's still a very important game particularly if Seville can win....after all, they have beaten both Barca and Real at home this season. Our support has increased a lot this year, particularly in the league, and the team will certainly need all our support tomorrow especially with Borussia bang in form.
