City Vs Bournemouth Post Match Thread

Yet another game where we rarely got any higher than 3rd gear and yet obliterated the opposition. I fear for whoever catches us on the day we click into top gear!

was great to have the proper football back on, after the break.
I wasn't disappointed. Although parts of the 2nd half were quiet,
due to us sitting off, i love watching us play.

If you are referring to after Nasri coming on, we were quiet for the remaining quarter partly because Nasri pulled something on his left thigh maybe the groin. He went to Pellegrini, Pellegrini had the face of dismay and made his thoughts known to the bench.

Then Nasri told Kelechi to cover the left so Nasri could go to the more central role with less running and defending duties. I thought we were almost playing with 10 men, every time Nasri kicked the ball he grimaced. Credit to him he played through the pain and seemed to find a way around it.

Looked like his hammy. Baffling why he didn't come off.

Baffling the amount of injuries he's getting this year has he been seems like he gets injured whenever he plays these days

A few weeks back I saw some old footage from his Arsenal days and he looked much, much slimmer. Don't know if it's natural or a conscious effort to bulk up but he's carrying too much for his position right now.

Just watching again on match choice, De Bruyne is such a talented player. The pass for Sterling's 2nd is superb.

Mangala's play in their goal was the other end of the spectrum.

Maybe our ground isn't as fan friendly as we think..

No plans to rush back here next season.

Just like LFC, loads of entertainment and bars behind the stadium, but unlike LFC, it's staffed by nobheads and away fans not allowed in.

£6.50 for sausage & chips. Loads of 'posh food' around the outside (which didn't look that appealing). Even the compere for the 'entertainment' did his best to live up to the gobby northern git stereotype.

Headed into the stadium to experience a very thorough and unfriendly search/pat down. Small children had soft drinks in small cartons taken off them and poured away.

Arrived at the food counter at 2:15pm to be told that they had run out of all hot food and there wouldn't be any more till half time. £2.50 for a bottle of water and no soft drinks for kids except £3 for a cup of fizzy syrup.

No attempt to make away fans welcome that we've seen at other grounds. Poor show given the money they are charging us.

Scored nine more than the scum. Were it not for a twunt of a linesman, it would have been ten.
