City Vs Bournemouth Post Match Thread

Great from Sterling, really happy to see him bag a hat trick. KDB fucking awesome as usual. Linesman was a fucking ****.

Zab, Sterling and De Brunye were class. Bony did well as did Navas but both are clearly a class below half of our players. Otamendi a little rash and Mangala really needs to learn how to close down players on the edge of the area. Sagan did very well at left back too.

Overall very good.

Excellent performance given the players missing.

Much needed confidence for Raheem and Wilf and yet again, KdB outstanding.

Comical in front of goal again from Navas but the lad played well and contributed and its that reason that keeps him in the side.

Fantastic performance. Did everything we needed to in the first half and then just cruised over the line in the second. Perfect performance for a busy schedule. Sterling was incredible, as was KDB and despite the stick he was getting on the match thread, Bony scored two goals and set up countless opportunities. Fernandinho managed to get through the game without a book too. Couldn't have gone better.

Kev is the fucking business isn't he, all this getting all players familiar with each other in any situ stuff is starting to pay off at last.
Was waiting for this cohesion last season and it never really came.

Very pleasing result. Great effort by Sterling, Wilf gained confidence, no card for Fern.

The only downside was yet another blind linesman. Kelechi scored a perfectly well taken, on side goal and it gets rubbed out. Honestly the FA has to do something about these officials.

Awful the young un' was robbed of a perfectly good goal by shit linesman, anyway, good win, delighted with stirling and navas and young kev was a delight,i am hearing kev has a knee injury can anyone throw any light on the situation for me ? PS.....well done Bony !

Commentator here was saying KDB possible knee injury and Nasri hamstring.
Hope it's bullshit , we need a break ( excuse the pun) on the injury front don't we.

Bony, Sterling and De Bruyne superb. Those doubting Bony were proven wrong and he proved he can be world class. Bugsyblue seems to hve some unfounded agenda against him... He oozes class, all that was missing was the goals... well... the goals have come... 2 goals and what should have been 2 class assists.

Iheanacho was the biggest let down... in not getting the goal he rightfully deserved. With him on board why is anyone even asking about our need for another striker?

Happy with the win and no further injuries to report.

Next week is going to have a major bearing on the rest of our season, so hopefully we can carry through our recent form through all the injuries we currently have...

Great win. Shame about Kelechi's goal, though.

Adds a sour note to a great result; how the linesman - sorry, assistant referee! - thought that was offside is "unbelievable, Jeff!". Either totally incompetent, or bent as fuck!

Solid performance. Sterling and the whole team was fantastic. Two goals from Bony is a big plus and it was a shame that the linesman cheated a great moment away from Iheanacho. Confidence boosting for some of the players as we go into the midweek fixture. Well done.
