Just a quick observation, there's talk of us selling two players perfect of this formation, to Italian teams (who are more likely to adopt this formation)

NDJ and Kolarov should not leave if we have any ambition to play this style in the league/cups this year.

Kolarov goes down the left looking for the cross but we need a high forward to make it happen. For 352 system you need someone in the end of the crosses. Agüero and Tevez are very short for this.

Kolarov makes low crosses too, with power, but they are rarely good crosses. But maybe easier to deal with it with short strikers if the crosses are accurate.
