I would say Ivanovic will replace him and Bosingwa will come in at right back.

Well, when Terry got substituted v Napoli that's what Di Matteo did so I don't see why he wouldn't start that way v City. I don't think Cahill and Luiz are a good partnership at all, neither are imposing enough imo.
