I'd play Lescott alongside Kompany for this weekends game in place of Nastasic for the simple fact I think Nastasic would struggle with the strength and aerial ability of Lukaku, I think Lescott would fair out better in this one.

I don't think either will cope with Lukaku.Lescott will compete in the air but will be terrorised by his pace and agility,Nasty will just get bullied I reckon.

Hope fully Kompany stays close.

-- 03 Oct 2013 15:16 --

Why would anyone would want us to play with 2 up top... Don't get it? We've just had our lesson on how to play and setup.
Everton will surely pack the midfield and press us too.

I don't think many fans want us to play with two front men, But people is choosing there line up of a 4-4-2 because that's the formation we will be playing on Saturday. Pellegrini didn't change formation last night at any stage even though we were getting outnumbered and chasing shadows in midfield so I can't see him changing things against Everton.

Ah, fair enough

The team I'd choose to face Everton:

Pantilimon
Zabaleta Kompany Lescott Kolarov
Milner Yaya
Navas Aguero Silva
Negredo

For me this is common sense.

Changes from the game vs Bayern:
Joe Hart needs to get his head in to gear - still a class keeper, just needs some time out. Its exactly what United did with De Gea and now he's much improved because of it.
Zabaleta over Richards because he's awesome. Micah is class, but not match fit. Zaba is a proven excellent right back.
Lescott over Nastasic because he is very solid and, though I have faith in Nastasic's future, he's been on poor form of late.
Kolarov over Clichy because he's on better form and Clichy was at fault for Bayern's second goal.
Navas keeps his place because he has a good understanding with Negredo, and because Milner can drop in as "The new Barry" ahead of an unimpressive Fernandinho.
Silva comes in for Nasri - partly because of his class, partly because we need to change it up a bit. Harsh on Nasri as he has been on good form recently.
Negredo over Dzeko. Does this change really need much explaining?
