I don't know why, look at Arsenal after Villa smashed them, I am expecting a reaction from everyone tomorrow and I have a feeling we will see it

I was expecting a reaction after getting beat by Cardiff. Instead we scraped a win over Hull with a far from convincing display and went on to get outplayed by a Stoke side managed by Mark Hughes. If Leslie is winning a battle of wits, you know something must be wrong. Stoke outplayed us, fucking hell!
I expected a reaction after getting beat by a Villa side who were minus their best player. Look what happened then.
I have no confidence whatsoever in the team at the moment.

Fair point, I have never known you so gloomy about us

I think it's just because expectations at the start of the season were so high. I can't remember going into a season so pumped up, thinking this will be the years we really shine. What a fucking come down it's been. The rags are there for the taking, and we are fucking it up.
Ferguson leaving the rags is the best chance we've ever had to really leave them in our wake. Typical fucking City are fucking it up again.
Can you imagine if Spurs or Arsenal win the league ?

*shudders*

Jesus is there a thread anywhere on the main forum which isn't infected with suicidal negativity?

I'm logging off with this prediction. We'll beat Everton and this forum will be a ghost town tomorrow night.

Pretty sure you said that before the Villa match?

We'll get beat tomorrow I think. 2-1.

The forum is never like a ghost town. Even at stupid o clock people are still posting. Win, lose or draw it's busy on here.

We should flood the midfield and deny them any space, press high and play with Negredo up top. I think City may come out of the blocks and feel like they have a point to prove which they do. Martinez will know this and set up to counter. We need to play aggressively, if we do, we can win. 2-0 or 2/3-1

Yes - for me Arsenal are likely to win the league. They are a top 2 team, easy.

1. Your thoughts on the season so far ? Apart from the derby, utter dogshit

2. How happy were you with the transfer window? Very

3. Your thoughts on your managerial change ? I agreed it was right to let Mancini go, and was initially very excited about Pellegrini. Not so much now though

4. Your thoughts on Evertons managerial change ? You've definitely changed for the better

5. Everton have beaten City 9 times in the past 12 meetings, losing twice only, so why do you think this is? I actually think Moyes whipped you lot up into a frenzy over the Lescott saga and used it to fuel the fire every time we met. I don't expect the same intensity.

6. What are your thoughts on the possible shift of domination from Manchester teams to Liverpool teams this season? I think it might be time to do a boom/bust cycle meme for Everton too

7. Is Gareth Barry likely to stay at Everton now, and were you sorry to see him leave? Gutted to see him leave and you'd be daft not to sign him up.

8. Predict the score and the scorers. City2-3Everton. Aguero2 Hart 3og

Much obliged.

Look forward to the game as always, and wish you well for the season.
