We need a stable starting 11 with sensible rotation, we are a long way off gelling yet despite our good start.

The team had little balance today and looked more like a team full of people who can't be dropped as opposed to a cohesive tactical unit.

We also need to create more chances and score more goals, something I'm sure we'll start doing when Robinho returns to the team, he's a goal scorer and his passing and vision are sublime. He'll offer us a lot more than the huff and puff we currently have up front.

Would also be well worth concentrating on defence, it was obvious in the Wolves game we were lacking, we were brutally exposed in the derby and Fulham today missed at least one sitter.

Too true.

Easy to blame the defence but playing what amounted to a 4-2-4 formation (even at 2 up) was a bit KK like, especially with our full backs pushing up. Too often we were left 2 against 2 and so it is a bit harsh to lay the blame at the door of our CDs.

Team selection was poor. Too many attacking players and nobody to really create for them. I wonder why we seem to have abandoned the 4-3-3 formation that seemed to work much better. We really didn't seem able to vary the play today.

At the very least we should have tightened up at 2-0. Petrov was decent going forward but if he had tracked back with Duff, maybe their 1st goal wouldn't have been so easy.

I think Hughes is presently struggling to try and fit in all the players he wants to and the structure and formation is suffering as a result.

We have only lost once but based on the last couple of performances, top 4 will probably be out of our reach this season.

The problem is that MH doesnt seem to favour the 4-3-3 without Robinho
 
Today was ordinary given we were 2-0 up but we have only lost one game in nine so its not all doom and gloom.

Talking about finishing positions is meaningless after 1/4 of the season.

We do have to tighten up at the back but lets just say we were off the boil after going 2-0 up and leave it at that.

If we were to win our game in hand we would be three points off top spot which most of us would have taken before the season started.

its called being REALISTIC. i just dont think we will finsh 4th THIS SEASON IMO. the arse n looserfools will start to win more games now . and look at us drawing all the time only gettin 1 point a game isnt good enough. OF COURSE id want to finsh in top 4 but i dont see it happening the way we are playing, but you can think what you want .

Full credit to the fantastic work Roy Hodgson is doing a Fulham. Fulham are a very under rated team IMO , i cant believe the energy levels of the team after 3 games in close succession.

lets give some credit where its due, we have no god given right to win games like this and are way behind Fulham in terms of team stability.

The future is bright but we are still developing

Our last (and only) defeat was on September 20th. I make that five weeks ago. Or does that not count? Just wondering.
 
It is poor tactic from MH.

He has got a golden opportunity to raise a team, paid 200m and could not even win at home against Fulham!!!!!!!

He was layws happy with a way game draw, which sent the wrong message to the players and the results is another draw at home from a rugular team.

Im sure MH is kicking some ass behind the scenes, but sometimes you can shout until your blue in the face and nothing changes. He needs to maintain respect and give the team time to gel.

The difference being my friend is that we have not last any of the last three games. Indeed,is it so bad to draw with the likes of Villa,wigan and Fulham? None of these teams are shite, they are tough opposition with good management and some quality in their sides

Don't try to sugar coat it with us only losing one game.
