City vs Fullham In Match Discussion Thread

Wouldn't put Aguero on unless we need too. Twice he's overdone it this season already so no point tempting it.

Don't know if we need Nasri for Garcia either. The side out there has the capacity to take the game to Fulham. Just needs a bit of a boot up the arse.

I hate match day threads on here ffs. It's like we should dominate every game, score 10 and play like Barca otherwise it's a gurning match and slate the players.
It's football ffs, any team can perform against any team... As long as we win I really couldn't give a damn if we slow down during games as I know we can up the tempo when required.

An early goal is almost always followed by a less than excillerating performance. When Kun and Nasri come on they'll lift the pace but will also weaken the defence and it seems like clean sheets are the order of the day until we make up the 7 points

Who gives a shit? As long as he scores I don't care.

But he is NOT scoring, plus it is STILL relevant - there is no 'I' in TEAM.

There is 5 in Individual Brilliance.

Aguero - Dzeko - Balotelli - Tevez.

In that order atm.

Excellent game so far played at a very good tempo. Both sides are working hard off the ball and credit to Fulham who have played really well.

We certainly need another goal here to keep my blood pressure down lol.

Your not allowed to praise the opposition. If its not out of sight by half time we are shite

Kompany fantastic so far, and Silva very good too.

Milner, Zabba could help attacks more tho.

1-0 is not a big thing Fulham seems impotents but that could change any minute.

We have Balo, Agüero, Nasri on the bench around 60. minute I would start bring them on one by one.:)

Milner has done everything well apart from attempting to be too clever on the wing and losing possession three or four times.

Garcia and Barry need to start thinking about taking the ball down from a clearance instead of needlessly heading it to a Fulham player.

And Tevez needs to look up more often like he did a the end of the half.

Apart from that I think we look comfortable and Vincent, David, and Gael are having a great match.

We just need to play with a bit more urgency.

Great start but after that quite lacklustre and rarely threatened (neither have they to be honest).

Shape looked poor so I'd take Garcia and Tevez off, move Milner into the middle alongside Barry and bring on Nasri and Aguero.

Play like that in the 2nd half and it wouldn't surprise me if we don't get the 3 points.
