Why are people moaning about the bench? We're playing the bottom side in the elague, who are there for a reason. If out starting 11 cannot sort them out, the bench is the least of our concerns.
That's the mentality that comes back to haunt people.

Anyone running a sweep on what minute Leicester score the customary soft goal we concede? I'll go for the 23rd minute.

27 mins and/or 90th

14th minute, there first incursion into our half.

I'll go with this as well, after we have absolutely dominated them. We'll look like shite until halftime, but then we'll up our game and will win it 2-1.

He finally grew the balls to drop under performers no matter their name. Good on him.

I wasn't feeling too confident about tonight, but after seeing the team. I am now.
Why's Fernando playing then?
Because Fernandinho is probably a bit tired. He seems to be dropped whenever we have 2 games quickly. Also we have no other midfielders who can play 90 except Fernando.
This is a joke. Fernandinho is one of the fittest players in the squad. It's just Manual keeping everyone happy.

How could you possibly know this?

Because Pellegrini did not select him. Thats all they look for as proof.

Bit strange when you consider Chelsea and Liverpool haven't changed much from their Sunday team's.

However, I am happy with our line-up.

watch us thrash Leicester and Chelsea draw then the whole forum does an about turn

we fans are so fickle.

if we lose this I fear for pelle, cant see no way back for him.

Not really got an opinion on team selection here.

We're playing a team at the bottom of the league at home. We can afford to rest some players and change things around.

Well, Pellers clearly sees something in Fernando that noone else does....:-)

How does he play and Fernandinho sits (consistently too) is beyond me

Getting a real roasting on sky for leaving vinny out

Sky slag off everybody for everything. It's how they keep interest in a 24 hour news cycle.

on the one side if he was going to drop Kompany this is the game to do it as we should be fine without him........

however kompnay's poor performances have been down to Pellegrinis poor set up infront of the back 4......ALL the back have been struggling at one time or another and that isn't just down to poor form...........its down to the managers bad tactics in some games especially against tougher opposition......however against lei ester tonight hopefully we shouldn't have too much to worry about

Fixed that for you. If Van Gaal left out Di Maria he'd be heralded as a strong independent thumb head.
