City Vs Newcastle League Cup Pre match Thread

Taking my 5 year old to his first game, so hopefully we can continue our winning streak in the competition, and against Newcastle!
Hope he doesn't pick up any "bad words" while he's there! he has to write a "what I did at half term" when he gets back, don't want him dropping me in it at school!

city need to sort this mess out, people cant buy online or get seats together when a section in the top tier is half closed, these games are not being marketed properly,tonight would have been a complete sell out if they did things right

Plenty of reasons to take this competition seriously. We're the holders, so we have a certain responsibility. There are still some big boys left after last night - I'd love to give either the dippers or Chelsea a twatting in the next round. And finally, a good performance tonight will give us a feelgood factor before going into the derby.
That said, I'd definitely rest Kompany, Zab, Hart, Silva and Aguero. Possibly Yaya too. We still should have enough.

Got myself a pass out for tonights game this morning. No difficulties getting seats in the CB T3 bang on half way line. Have to keep it a secret from my eldest lad who's not coming or he will kick off (but he is going on a 5 day school trip tonight)

Pozo should be given half an hour again, not a start. If he only got half hour against Shef Wed in a 7-0 rout, he aint gunna get a start against the barcodes.

I think we need to pile on as much pressure and abuse on Pardew as we can. He is one of the managers on my "c*nt" list, along with Hughes, FatSam, Bruce, Pulis and Redknapp. After the "Old C*nt" abuse he gave the Charming man last season, and the headbutt, I think he's a real tw4t, and he deserves doggers.

Yeah I no longer have commitments tonight so thought I'd go online and get a ticket but you have to go to the ticket office now!! Not even phone sales! Useless, I'm not out of work until later not happy with that considering there's clearly still tickets available! Why take them offline!?
