Its hard to take anything positive out of that, really dont know how we progress from our annual CL fuck up. Every year its the same, we dont change the way we play and dont seem capable of replicating our domestic form in Europe.

Tonight was absolutely poo. I am slightly stunned, maybe just coming to the conclusion we arent actually all that when it comes to europe.
 
Million miles off winning this competition, we play with absolutely no pace and don't have a single player who can run with the ball at the opposition. If David Silva is going to play in this competition then he has to start in the number ten role otherwise we get completely overran in midfield.
 
It is that inferiority complex that we used to have in the big games. Hasn't left in the Chumps league.

Noticed that towards the end even our players were passing it around Yaya rather than give it to him in a good position. As if they thought he was slowing it down too much.

Something's going on...

Crap performance, crap result.

Improved once Milner and Lampard came on, but nowhere near good enough.
 
Lampard coming on before Jovetic is laughable. lampard and Milner can't even get into an average England team.
 
Yaya should have been taken off, again. Milner was our best player today. We can still do it.

You should....because City will not be recognized as a BIG club until we do something noticeable in the CL....fact.
