I just don't understand how Clichy plays all the time. Kolarov atleast offers something going forward but Clichy is useless in both ends...

Fucking mental if you ask me, Kolarov is the better defender as well as the better attacker, all Clichy has over him is pace and he only seems to use that to get himself out of position as quickly as possible.

Clichy is a better defender than Kolorov but doesnt offer what AK does going forward

People are being a bit harsh on clichy.....he is being left a bit exposed by silva and the 4 in midfield/2 strikers which means that silva starts out wide left but drifts all over the place (which is exactly what you want him to do ) but which leaves clichy horribly exposed

really thought we may have gone for 5 in midfield with the one striker but lets see how we go

Kolarov has really improved defensively, he's no longer the liability he once was, whereas Clichy seems to be getting worse. I'd have Kolarov over Clichy, every time.

Crucial game and we cant fuck it up tonight. Another CL fiasco is very possible if we dont have 3 points after the game.

Juventus won the league last season. I've watched Juventus struggle against Benfica in the Europa League.

Honestly, Juventus and Roma are on the level of Tottenham, Everton, Newcastle, et al. There's no reason why we cannot win .. if we lose it is because of complacency and we've shown alot of complacency in recent years.
That's just ignorance. Juventus has made deeper runs then we have in the CL in the few years they've been back. I've seen us struggle against the likes of Sporting in the Europa league. Does that mean we're on the same level as Fiorentina, Lazio, Napoli?

Juve and Roma would comfortably be top 4 in the prem, and Juve would seriously challenge for the title. If we sleep on Roma, they will punish us. They seem to have some injury troubles at the moment which is good for us, so hopefully we capitalize, but I cant shake the negativity that seems to go into all our CL games.

That is way over the top. So it would be Us, Chelsea, Juve and Roma comfortably beating out Arsenal, United, Pool, Everton, and Spurs? No way.

Ranking

Club Elo
1 Real Madrid 2057
2 Barcelona 2054
3 Bayern 2053
4 Atlético 1967
5 Man City 1944
6 Chelsea 1940
7 Juventus 1930
8 Dortmund 1864
9 Liverpool 1859
10 Benfica 1851
11 Paris SG 1848
12 Arsenal 1840
13 Sevilla 1830
14 Valencia 1809
15 Man Utd 1799
16 Roma. 1798

So if they both were in the Prem they would finish 3rd and 7th
