Any news on the Roma keeper?
He wears a different kit to the rest of the Roma team, wears gloves too.

Yes, it's very much en vogue for this year's Italian look. After the match he'll be sporting a 20,000 watch from a UEFA sponsor for his contribution to the game.

Coin flipping in a few minutes, he's got the medical staff's ok but Garcia he's not very inclined,

I guess he'll play without returning the ball in, he'll just use his hands, Skorupski scares the heck out of everyone.

Has Curci or Lobont not been included? This will be to City's advantage if De Sanctis starts.

What happens if he goes retro?

He'll be wearing a metallic chest plate, sandal style boots and a leather codpiece. Headgear will be brass effect with a fascinator.

Something like this?

Yet another Roma fan who just registered on your forum to comment!

For tomorrow i'm all pumped up , and i'm sure that Roma CAN win vs City; of course that would be an huge upset since City are favorites by a countrymile , but anything can happen.

As it has been pointed out earlier in this thread , i think that playing a 4-4-2 vs Roma would be a suicide , our football style is primarily a possession based style with 3 midfielders rotating all the time , so having only 2 of your guys there would lose you the midfield battle , and you don't want that to happen.

All in all , we're not the classic "park the bus" italian team , it's gonna be a fun to watch , whatever the score ends up being.

There's a lot more to football than formations . If we defend high up the pitch and are super aggressive and remain compact there will be no space for Roma to breathe.

First, fuck united :)

But i just want to say this would be best for Roma tonight for man city to be arrogant and underrate their strength. If you play a high aggressive 4-4-2 line up I will be confident Roma get an early lead and then anything can happen but city can lose their way.

Roma love to stay compact, are great at quick tight passing and then with a high line and Totti he can find all angles for Gervinho. If Totti and destroy start together another Roma fan thinks that would be good. Yes good for city, they do not really function in a 4-3-3 as it lacks clear vision. Roma have the advantage of two attacking set up, the false 9 and a pure CF like Destro so we have many injuries but are still very dangerous.

I hope the fans can remain calm and a good game awaits

Forza Roma

Kompany and Mangala can keep up with any of your strikers. But can you defenders keep up with Aguero and Navas. I doubt it.

You are quit ignorant if you think we have just one attacking set up .. One thing many failed to grasp is that we have no formation .. we usually defend with two banks of four but once we have the ball we could change our setup into anything ... Pellegrini can put anyone anywhere on the pitch, we could play with three at the back tonight for all we know ..
