We should be battering these, they're 11pts behind 3rd place Braga and we beat 1st place Porto 6-1 on aggregate. I know football doesn't work with such logic but we're at home and have beaten better teams this season.
Arsenal and Chelsea set an example we have to follow with excellent comebacks against Milan and Napoli (Arsenal didn't quite get the job done but not for lack of trying), two vastly superior teams to Sporting. Tonight is a good time to regain some momentum.

Since sporting have a new coach has only conceded 3 goals in 7 matches. 5 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat (and not against City).
