Suarez seems like the kind of player that needs better players around him to shine.

Players that make the right runs, return passes, control the ball, etc.

Scapuzzi is really awful. Waste of development space. How did he get a contract?

I agree, I see nothing in him that looks above League 1 standard, he and the Mancini brothers should be far away from the club.

I don't understand how a club like City would benefit of having players like this. Same age as players like Balotelli but they are light years behind him. With no chance really making it at the top leagues.

Then there are really talented players like Suarez and Rekik, maybe Razak aswell. Who have talent. Do you think there is going to be changes on this soon?
