Got the job done against one of the worst premier league sides I have seen. Good to get a few goals as well, puts us in touching distance of Spurs and Arsenal.

Hopefully that is well and truly the end of Bony ahead of Nacho, good to see Yaya & Sagna back in the side. First half was pretty piss poor, we'll have to start the coming games much better than that and we'll have to finish our early chances better if we want to go on a winning run.

Over to Watford to help us out now.

Some nice stuff, but let's not get carried away, Villa were predictably terrible.

Another world class striker and a very good back up needed in the summer. Bony just has to be transfer listed right now.

Result was much better today, second half performance was an eight out of ten, first half two out of ten.

Job done today that is all that matters.

Come on Watford.

Now back to back for the first time in living memory.

Yaya put the effort in, very happy to see that.

Though Villa are dogshit so we cannot get too giddy about the result, we did what was needed hopefully those goals will sharpen Kun again and we can yet make a fist of the title race.

Hard to get too excited about that win. Always good to see the boys win, and boost the GD as well. But let's be honest; I'd have fancied our womens' side to beat that Villa side. And what's happened to Micah since he left us? He was abysmal today.

Beat the worst team in the league. They can get a pat on the back when they do it against someone good, and get top 3.
