Great to see De Jong slam one home, Zabaleta's goal was class too.
Started the game really well but thought we'd won it after 2-0, West Ham scored and made it a bit nervy. Second half we should have killed them off (if Silva wasn't in 100 minds as to what to do when through) and we had other chances to seal it also.
But for me, Milner's second half performance was class. I've been saying for ages that we should play him in Barry's role and todays performance showed that. He showed great vision and played some great forward passes, he works hard up and down and most importantly he stands the attackers up and doesn't foul them - something Barry is very guilty of. This would also allow for us to bring on Barry instead of Vieira when seeing games out.
Was disappointed with Mancini not starting Dzeko, thought it would have done him a world of good getting a start after a goal rather than going back to the bench. Especially when Johnson gets a game ahead of him, Johnson shouldn't be starting, he offers next to nothing for us when starting, his end product is poor and he can't even beat a man any more.
At the end of the day, 7 points clear with a couple of defeats to Everton and Spurs to come, hopefully we'll have enough to pull though and get 4th.
