The club is now playing a long term strategy. The squad profile looks nailed on for 4th or 5th in the WSL. The lack of European games will hopefully reduce the probabilities of serious injury disruption. With some good fortune in Cup draws they could bag a trophy, the FA Cup would be great. The opening of the new WTC and the new academy team (and the excellent Izzy C) will hopefully see numerous home grown local players become the future core of the senior squad. The litmus test remains the crowds at the Joie stadium, the real sign of organic progress will be a packed out Joie week in week out. Good luck to everyone for 25/26.
