If I rememeber correctly on the last day of the season last year we were in a similar position to Liverpool now and Liverpool us this season.
We played Chelsea at home and a win for them would have seen them win the league but we beat them meaning Liverpool won the league as they won their game.
Even tough the final day is next weekend hopefully Liverpool can do us a favour and beat Chelsea today because if they do then a win next week for us will see us win the league.

Aaaaaah!! Normal MCFC service resumed. Well, MCWFC service, but that never really went anywhere. As Brenda would say: It was an outstanding team performance. I saw this fixture last season and Bristol gave us a bit of a lesson. They have lost a few players but the difference today was quite stark.

Great win but for me not with a great performance.We started so casually I wondered what was going on and against a better side I reckon we might have gone behind.The first goal though was a peach and from there it was almost plain sailing. I say almost as we did look a bit average at the back today and gave them more chances than we should have but 6 goals is good whatever the circumstances and given that we were that many goals behind Cheslea going into the game it will give them even more pressure for their game tonight.

Typical scousers, we beat Chelsea last match last season to help Dippers win the league but they do not return the favour and capitulate 0-4

Yep, and how can a registration, which by default is a yes/no fact, be anything other than conclusively established? The player either is or is not registered for a competition, there can't be a middle ground as far as I can see. Weird.
Did anyone ever find out which player is was supposed to be and who reported it?
