100% being honest. It was better than last night.

Of course the skill is lacking but that will come in time. Plus, skill gets you fucking no where if you don't give a shit. City Women gave a shit.

Proud of the women tonight, first proper test as a collective group and we could and should have won it in the second half, the passion and fight they showed was somthing the men should be taking into account.

It was my first time watching womens football and obviously the quality is nowhere near the mens but there is a purity about the game i.e. no diving about, players getting stuck in etc etc..

I think with us being just promoted and having what? 11 new players? it will take a few games to get us properly gelled together but I enjoyed what I saw tonight and hopefully we can go on to win honours.

Congratulations to Manchester City Lady’s FC tonight who are a brand new team, they played Liverpool lady’s who are a well established side and are champions of 2012 – 2013, they unluckily lost 1-0 and are really going to post problems to all they come up against and upset a few this coming season. Well Done Manchester City Girls.
