Maybe just crack on with the purchase & then ring Supporter Services quoting your Order Number. They should credit your card. Good luck with it.

We had the same problem, then tried the link on the email City sent out yesterday and it took the £6.50 off automatically

So I bought the tracksuit top and 125 shirt for myself

Also bought the shirt for my Mrs but accidentally ordered her 2. City store can’t refund it as it’s sold out now.

So if anyone is desperate for a small women’s shirt at cost (plus postage) let me know and I’ll send it over.

Yeah mate but I’m in Qatar so I’d have to pay for shipping back to the UK to get the refund after it arrives.

So it’s be just as easy to sell it to a lady blue on here.
