The much repeated phrase about Macken was that he held the ball up well. Strikers don’t have to be prolific to be good players but Macken was Championship standard and a very Keegan signing.

It's a nice watch but tons wrong with it. Colin Franny and Buzzer got more, so did Joe Hayes and Eric Brook not in there . Fred Tilson and other old ones Tommy Browell Tommy Johnson. Billy Meredith.

Not sure how accurate this is but found some of the numbers quite surprising - or to be honest maybe its just my perception/memory of how particular players did for us at the time
On the basis that it's all correct, I'd venture to suggest that the Goat is our GOAT, considering the level of player who was supporting him.
