Agree with you on blue shorts but we did wear hooped socks round about late 50s/ early 60s when I was at primary school. I thought they were a nice throwback.

We are talking about the shirts not the rest of the kit ? I said I don't like the new shirt ! The blue socks with the maroon and white tops should be the ones we ware and white shorts as that's the club colours but I would buy any shirt the club put out ! But I don't have to like it ??

I was talking about the worst kit. I didn't hate the shirt from last year, but I despised the blue shorts.

I'm going against the grain here but I loved the maroon one from 1996/7, loved the black Thomas Cook one from 2006/7 (still have it in my bedroom drawer) and liked the orange 2008/9 as well. Suppose everyone's tastes are different.

I'd have to nominate a horrific purple (I think it was purple and not maroon but not sure) and white striped First Advice one, I think it was worn at WBA when we won in 2002/3. It may have been worn again but I can't recall seeing it too often - thankfully.

All of the 08-09 kits. Poor fit, shit material, shit design, utter shit. How can you fuck up black and red stripes? Seriously? They fucking managed it.

06-07 black kit - shit. 6 pack?

04-05 away. Not city, just a standard Reebok template. A shit one of that.
