Got my card today finally. Took 2 months. Can't believe they accepted the pic I chose! Hahah.

Where is it?!!!!!!!!!!!! Phoned today again.(4th time) 'Yes you're on the spreadsheet for re-issue on batch 1+2 and it should be with you within the next week or two!' FUCK ME!! This has been a shambles. I don't want a scarf, I don't want a wristband. Put it in an ordinary envelope and post it!!!! I ordered this cityzen card within the 1st hour of it being available. Dire. Paper tickets are the only option that pops up on ordering on my online account at the moment anyway.
