Cityzen Card.......still waiting.

how come "cityzens" who paid £35 got a scarf, but season ticket holders who were automatically given citycard status didn't?! (some crappy wallet just doesn't cut it!)

i demand my £700 back ;)

I'm also watching this years league cup final .
What a Friday I'm having got my card and scarf .

I am still sat here on Friday night also with my 2 season cards that don't work and no replacement arrived yet, oh and still missing one of our members card such a shit club.

My Mrs' card finally arrived today. The size of the box is ridiculous. The card should come in an envelope with a voucher to pickup scarf and wrist band at club shop.
 
My son and I have just received our second "Cityzens" pack each !!

I think the club must do this in order to recognise those of us who are biggest blues.
 
Don't understand why the clubs pissed about changing the whole system, it's my understanding that the fella who won that competition came up with the idea? Well it's fucking shite mate. People aren't receiving cards and packs and whatever, we've been charged an absolute fortune to buy a scarf and a shut rubber band. I'm really really disappointed. If anybody's had any problems with their cards and cityzen packs, I suggest tweeting the lad on twitter, think he's called lee or something, won't be hard to find. I always find that tweeting people and company's get stuff done quicker cos they don't want to look bad in front of an audience.
