Cityzen Card.......still waiting.

Called the Office yesterday, as I had received an e.mail to say that my presentation pack, including card, would be with me by the 18th of August, and if not received to get in contact.
The girl told me that the e.mail had been sent by mistake, and was meant for season ticket holders, but not to worry as the "pack" will arrive in the next week or so !!
 
Message on City's supporter services says - all season tickets should have arrived by the 18th if not ring them

That's season tickets not citizen cards.
 
Got a message the other day of the supporters service on twitter they said mine will be with me in the next 4 weeks
 
Alright all..

Just bought tickets for Liverpool and Chelsea games, only delivery option was paper tickets and the email confirmation said Cityzen cards would arrive by end September.

So its anyone's guess I suppose... probably means they've been quite popular.

Yes the points on the cityzen cards relate to other things (log on to the site and you'll see) The points in regards to match priority appear to be exactly the same as far as I can see.
 
Well being as I started this thread, better update you all.
Received the pack today.........................nice touch that the presentation box was wrapped in an outer sleeve, in order to avoid postal damage......................and now have my membership card, together with a good quality scarf, and wrist band.
Good start, and hope when it comes to the important bit, of getting tickets for games I am able to attend, all works well.
Fingers crossed, but so far so good.
