CL QF Draw - City V Spurs ===== SF V Ajax (If we get there)

I am amazed at whoever is wanting Juve or Barca or Bayern or anyone hard like that for their own pleasure of an away day ... don’t you lot want us to win the Premier League? Park your away day daydreams somewhere else and get on board with the oldest cliche of “easiest team in the pot and second leg at home” ...

We have a league to win, and imperative that we don’t have to rest or rotate our key players ... is the United game of last season too far in the past to remember? We rested players in favour of CL QF ... and how did that go?

So Porto please ... and then the easier of the two semi finals ...
 
Make sure Txiki’s pathetic defeatist face is nowhere near this draw, send someone else

We might have to work harder to beat Porto than we may Juve or Barça. You never know

Last year when we cantered to 100 points lots of rags told me we’d won the weakest league ever as evidenced by only one PL side in the semis of the CL.

I wouldn’t mind an all English last four AND win the league. After last year and then winning this year (in my hypothetical), no one could argue we are the best English side in history.

Unless an English side, other than us, wins the Champions League.

We could win a domestic treble and it be potentially overshadowed to an extent. I'd obviously be thrilled with a domestic treble regardless, but wouldn't want an English side to win it even if we won nothing else.

Get the others out as soon as possible in my opinion.
 
Going to be an interesting draw, I can't see Uefa wanting to risk 4 English teams in the semi finals and so i can see all 4 teams being drawn against each other to ensure that two go out. The ultimate fix would be for the two that get through to then meet in the semi's
