Scousers all day long , we have proved this season that we have the measure of them , they got six match changing decisions from UEFA referees last season in the quarter final , and that is the only reason they went through. Unfortunately we will again have UEFA refs , but surely they cannot f*ck us over two years on the trot , if we get decent officials we beat the Dippers all day long , and they know it.

They can & they will, they’ll fully focus on us now, There’s no doubt in my mind that UEFA aided by there new tool VAR will put us out of the ‘competiton’ .

If I were being honest, Liverpool is the only team that worries me.

They've seen us enough to know what to expect, and their offense is explosive. So that's a problematic draw. Barca and Messi being a close 2nd. Everyone else I'm comfortable with.

Think this season shows that the premier league is back to where it was in the mid 00s when the old big 4 used to contest the later stages of the champions league knock outs. Madrid are going to need major surgery to get them back the level they were at and with Barcelona Messi, Suarez and co ain’t getting any younger and they’ve pissed some eye watering amounts of money on players that haven’t performed.

We have 3 English teams we could be drawn against who we haven’t lost to this season, familiarity in a big game could be a good advantage in Pep planning how to beat them. Liverpool,Spurs and United are not on City’s level in putting a performance in. I would only be concerned about drawing Barca, no one will want to face City.
