CL QF Draw

I think it is going to be much harder for Barca. their record against PSG is the same.

Last time at home PSG won 3-2 but had much more shots than Barca but just poor finishing to score more

City made Barca look 100% perfect wait of the game against PSG and they will look ordinary. yes they have more chance to pass but not how it went against us

It just goes to show how big the draw can influence your CL campaign, it can obviously go either way and there is no guarantee of a favourable tie even if you do top the group but look at Bayern this season, had we topped the group we would have faced Shakthar in the last 16 and FC Porto in the quarter finals, I fancy us to beat both those sides over two ties.

Yeh I agree. They have clearly rigged the draw to eliminate Real Madrid. UEFA cannot handle that Madrid keep winning this trophy so they have given them the team with the best record against them in recent times. Look Madrid beat Bayern 4-0 less than a year ago in Munich. They beat Barcelona 3-1 this season. Those boys at Atletico keep getting the best of them. Played 6 times already this season and Madrid have not beaten them once; last result they lost 4-0. Damn UEFA rigging the draw against Real Madrid.

Like the PSG-Barca one.

Will be able to check how much further PSG are from us. Will they go out with two losses now against Barca or they can make it actually hard for them unlike us. Will Barca suffer more against them or they even sent home by PSG?

Atletico-Real , last years final, huge city rivals, there will be blood there, yellows, reds, etc.

While other two seem less interesting, Bayern will rip apart Porto, and Juventus with Tevez are actually could be the darkhorse...

barca are not just messi but that lad can hurt you on his own but I also seen a lot of crap from them in midfield and the back 4 the thing you have to do is keep a clean sheet at home in the 1st leg

city are about 5 years from beating the big boys in a champions league final but next season we have to learn to win the group then learn how to get to the QF/SF
its not just about the team playing good football its all the other dirty tricks we need to learn like killing the game going down easy rolling about time wasting that's what wins games in the champions league

City could win it next year if we get the right players in, were not miles away from winning it like some are suggesting.

It's a cup competition and anyone can win it with a bit of 'luck' like Liverpool and Chelsea have showed. With the wide open draw this year City had a decent chance of going far, but didn't take it. Juventus and PSG might capitalise and make a run. Bayern playing sensibly apart I am not convinced Barca/Madrid are that far ahead of the rest. We will see how good Barca are against Madrid this Sunday and when they play PSG.

In terms of actually going toe to toe with the likes of Bayern/Barca/Madrid then City are quite far away. As Atletico have shown against Madrid lately there is more than one way to win a match. No shame in parking the bus when the other team is better, but City don't seem to want to do that.

Eh? Keep winning the trophy? Real have won it 4 times in 17 years. Before last season, you had to go back to 2002 for the last time they won the competition. Not a shabby record by any stretch of the imagination (I'd love to see us win it once!), but it's hardly keeping on winning it. Barca won it 3 times in 6 years, Liverpool 4 times in 8 years, Bayern and Ajax both won it 3 years on the bounce, Madrid themselves won it 5 years running back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. Looking at those achievements, Real's more recent European record doesn't appear all that great.
