CL stand closures v BMG and Celtic

With the north stand expansion to come then away fans in the home end will only increase safety concerns, the club will have their work cut out managing this for big games.

The stand closure makes a bit more sense now...

Mate of mine who is a Bolton fan - tried to buy a ticket for all three, and cannot buy for any of them because he has no "prior purchase history preceding 25th August"

So, looks like they are trying to avoid away fans buying into our stands - unless they buy off blues - and therefore less fans will be able to buy tickets.

That said, the Bolton fan above only wanted tickets so he could watch "Barca smash you lot" - so he can chuff off and watch in on a black and white portable for all I care!!!! :)

So fans who are wanting to go to their first game can't attend? With 4 days to go there are an awful lot of tickets left for BMG.

To buy tickets on a match by match basis, not quite. As I understand it, if they know a ST holder or member then they can buy them on their behalf. Limit of 4 per person (including the ST holder/member's ticket)

yep not sure i will get a ticket for the away game but am going anyway. Will get pissed up in town and watch on telly.
