FFS I can't even get away from these cunts on here! We get about ten automated calls a day about PPI. Automated so I can't even shout abuse at the cunts.

I've never had one? Maybe it is because you are a right royal ****.

You've probably hit the nail on the head tbf.

Re: Claiming back PPI

Re: Claiming back PPI

do you basically write to your bank asking if any of the products you've received off them ( credit cards or loans) had PPI included , and are they obliged to tell you if they did ?

go to http://www.moneysavingexpert.com all the info is there if you are still not sure I think you can request all your credit history details from your bank for £10 they have to supply it to you by law.

I only had my cc so it was pretty easy but basically any loan, mortgage,cc if you paid ppi to the supplier then you might be entitled to some back. Good luck

Re: Claiming back PPI

£3,500 for a loan that finished in 06, took about 6 weeks in all, fill the letter in off moneysavingexpert, send it, wait 3 weeks, accept the offer, wait a few weeks, chq in the post.

told me mum, she`s 70 odd, she did it, £280 back off a credit card

free money, do it!

Re: Claiming back PPI

Is this when you get a loan and they say do you want to cover yourself for losing your job, being sick, dying etc?
I always said no to this when getting a loan

I swapped banks a good 7 or 8 year back and since disposed of everything I had to do with them, could I still get intouch even though I have no account details to supply them with?
