Claiming compensation from Ryanair

I think it’s three hours late when you land , not take off
It has something to do with when the doors are opened .
We flew into Pisa earlier this year and I’m positive they opened the doors before the stairs were in place as we were literally on the cusp of the 3 hours .

Moneysavingexpert was pretty useful for mrs moomba making a claim a few weeks ago. It's all pretty clearly defined so if you qualify you won't face much resistance from Ryan Air.

We got compensation after being delayed flying back with Ryanair from Berlin in 2019.
Took about a week.

Claimed twice in past. I believe must be over 3 hours as others have said. Mine were 5 hours delay and cancelled flight. 2nd one meant bus from Knock to Dublin, spent night in Dublin airport and first flight to London next morning. Think got about £250 for each delay
