Alright, it hasn't been a great weekend but I thought I'd pass along a nice story anyway.

I live in the US and have only ever met two City fans anywhere near here but I ran into one today at the grocery store. We were at the checkout line and I was wearing my brand new City hat I just got this week, he was wearing one too (his was a different style). It turned out his wife is a Manc whose family has season tickets, he told me he has a ton of hats so he took his off and just gave it to me.

This was greatly appreciated as there isn't anywhere even remotely close to buy any City items. Just goes to show you, you support a good team with good fans and it pays off.

Got some home shirt badges and air fresheners for 50p.Nylon wallets for £1.50 and nylon bags for £1.
 
Good story. I've been saying for a while now what a class club we are turning into. Everything seems to have been lifted a few notches. I went to Villa Park yesterday which is one of our iconic stadiums having held many a FA Cup semi final. The ticket I had said "restricted view" and overall the facilities and stadium was no where near the standard of Eastlands. How quickly we take things for granted.
 
I got mine on Ebay but normally I'm really lazy about ordering things online. I like to keep it old school and go to a store to get my stuff.
