Never got to see a replay of the free kick he got a touch to against Huddersfield. If that was on target then it was a stunning save which kept us in the tournament. Would be nice to have a few more examples though.

The one that he touched over the bar. Was it off target?
Even if it wasn't on target then it was still a phenomenal reach and at least shows he is still capable of pulling them off.

Saves in training I will agree. However, keepers have a split second to determine whether a shot is on target or not. In the main, they instinctively know. However, if there is any doubt, they will attempt the save. If he saves it, it counts in his mind. I accept you dont rate him, but I think you and others have gone way OTT in looking at ways to criticise him.
Yes, i will agree he hasn't had the greatest season, but he has it in his locker to be the keeper we all want to see, and just needs his confidence restored. A good off season, and I think you will be surprised at what he will bring to the table next season

I admire him because I know what he is capable of and am willing to give him time and a decent defence in front of him.
Many keep saying he hasn't won us any games, but when that question was reversed (and has been several times on here), how many games has he single handedly lost us - to which no one seems to want to respond to - funny that
